Brack Wilson is a life-long resident of Johnston County and has been a real estate professional exclusively in the commercial field for over 20 years. His experience includes representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants with properties including land, office, medical, flex, warehouse and many combinations of these.

As an active Shriner for 30 years, Brack is also a member of Sudan Shriner in Eastern North Carolina and the Johnston County Shrine Club. He has been a long-time member of the Sudan's Animated Animal Unit and paraded as "Sylvester the Cat" for 16 years delighting thousands of children. Being involved in this great fraternity and especially the Shriner's philanthropy has been one of the highlights of his life.

Paul Flaherty, a former mortgage broker, joined the HTR Commercial team in 2003.

Paul is currently working towards growing the commercial real estate market in all of Johnston County as well as other surrounding areas. Although he practices in all areas of commercial real estate, he specializes in investment properties, land and leasing. Paul's background in real estate financing aids him in advising investors to make sound investment decisions.

Stan Nowell joined HTR Commercial in 2008. Prior to coming to HTR, he was a regional account manager for a packaging technology company in Texas. Stan has past real estate appraisal experience as well as a passion for commercial real estate. Garner and southeastern Wake County is his primary areas of focus along with Johnston and surrounding counties.

Stan is active with his church and has participated, for several years in a weekly bible study. He serves as an Ambassador for the Garner Chamber of Commerce and he is an active member of the Garner Rotary Club. Stan’s primary goal is to serve the client and to make their commercial real estate transaction as pain free as possible and wants you to feel that you were taken care of when the deal closes.
